At Affective Health Store, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your fashion purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
